Each room has a queen bed, storage shelves, personal refrigerator, coffee maker, and complete bathrooms with hot showers!  Room 5 has two twin beds .  We also offer a casita for a small group or small family.  Roof tops are available for relaxation and eye candy. Enjoy the fabulous sunrises, sunsets, or just star gazing like you have never seen.

  • Double Occupancy is on Airbnb  includes local tax.
  • Children ages 10 and under stay free, not to exceed 2 children per room.
  • Direct reservations require a deposit of $200 or half of your reservation using Paypal.com

A spacious outdoor community dinning area provides all necessary items from the quick breakfast to a sit-down relaxing dinner.

The full kitchen includes a stove, oven, large refrigerator, counter space, drinking water, pots, pans, dishes, spices, silverware, and tables and chairs.

Rules

DownWinderInn DOES NOT allow smoking in rooms, or within the property.

Quiet time starts at 10 pm

DownWinder Inn will not tolerate and can refuse services, refuse accommodations, or remove a person from our business who:

  • Refuses to or is unable to pay for the accommodation or services at time of check-in
  • Cannot control themselves due to obvious intoxicated or a disorderly manner while on hotel property
  • Destroys or threatens to destroy hotel property, or causes a public disturbance
  • Negligently or intentionally causes damage to the hotel or a furniture or furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages sustained including the Inns’ loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.

Policies

With your deposit we have your room available on the dates you requested. It is a great inconvenience to try to rent cancelled rooms do to the nature of our business. We will not refund your deposit for cancellations.

Liability

By participating in your reservation with DownWinderInn you release DownWinderInn from any loss, liability, damage or cost that you or your guests incur to their person(s) or property while staying at DownWinderInn or utilizing independent contractors during your vacation stay.
